User Data Deletion Instructions
At AlfinX, we take your privacy seriously. Below you will find instructions on how to request the deletion of your personal data from our platform.
Remove via Facebook
If you signed up using Facebook, you can remove AlfinX's access to your data directly from your Facebook settings. Once removed, we will automatically delete your associated data.
- 1Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
- 2Click Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
- 3Find AlfinX in the list of active apps.
- 4Click Remove to revoke AlfinX's access to your Facebook data.
After removal, your data will be automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
Request Deletion via Email
You can also request data deletion by contacting us directly. Please send an email with the following details.
Please include in your email:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- A brief description or your account identification details
We will process your request and respond within 30 calendar days.
Data Retention Policy
- Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our active systems.
- Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days before being fully purged.
- Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics.
- Certain data may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any information you may need before submitting a deletion request.
